The prime cause of cracks in concrete foundation is seepage of water. Such cracks caused due to leakage of water are thin and hairline. They may widen over time, but they are present only in those areas where the seepage occurs. In order to repair leakage cracks, it is necessary first to investigate the source and the point from which the leakage originates.
Coloring Technique: This is used to enhance the color of the concrete slab. Color is mixed with the wet concrete or when it is produced at the plant. Saw and Groove Pattern: With the concrete saw tool, you can create unique patterns on the concrete slab. Different shades of colors are dusted to give aesthetic appeal. This is used to hide the cracks in the concrete.
Engraving Technique: Any pattern can be used for the new concrete slabs, but only engraving technique can bring aesthetic appeal to the old concrete lab without demolishing it. Engraving can be used to create complex patterns on the slab. After engraving, it is stained to give coloring appeal.
